Does anyone use or ever tried a Whole Food Supplement called Vega?

I've been using it for months, and am liking it, but wondering if there's something else i should be taking to help gain some mass as I am quite slim (150 lbs and 5'11)

The supplement is OK, but your food intake probably isn't the problem (if you're eating a lot). You may want to rethink the whole "don't want to be a bodybuilder" you mention in your profile.

I suspect you need a little bit more rest, and more serious workouts to build muscle mass. Hey, you don't have to become huge, but you won't gain anything by training like Tyra Banks.

At your age your body can kick muscle gain into high gear if it's taxed enough. You can stop or slow when you feel like you're getting too big. But gaining mass is like trying to drive a car up an icy hill; you won't get anywhere without momentum, and spinning your tires slowly is useless.

Try a trainer at a gym, if you can afford one. Or, follow the workout advice offered at the top of this page. Good luck!
