Mine's pretty much the same, I talk incessantly about politics and perve over hot guys online and offline icon_biggrin.gif

I'm pretty sure everyone here would think they were meeting my doppleganger when meeting me in person. I joke a lot, go from being seriously mellow to intense ADHD. And I'm also extremely politically incorrect around people I'm comfortable with.

In real life I'm old, wrinkly grey & slow. Online I'm new, shiny red & fast.

I'm about the same online and offline.

Can't say the same for other people. I think Penny Arcade summed it up quite nicely. icon_lol.gif

I think that I am more likely to flirt with strangers online than I am in real life.

I'm just as much as arrogant, condescending, rude, arsehole offline as I am on icon_razz.gif

No. I'm more like Rose from the Golden Girls, full of incessantly long, bizarre stories.

I'm much more confident online. in person i would never take the initiative to start a conversation or approach someone. I'm far too shy! =/

I would say that I am about the same online and offline...but I have also never had a conversation with myself online or off...so I can't say for sure. icon_razz.gif

I'm more assertive online than in person. I'm rather quiet when I first meet someone.

Yes. I am way better in person. It's easier for me to interact. Here I feel so lonely, and cold and unloved. It's really depressing. JUST kidding. icon_biggrin.gif

In person, I'm much more outgoing. I'll talk to anyone unlucky enough to stand next to me in line at the cafeteria, or get on the elevator with me. I have a daily contest with the woman who sits next to me, who can collect the most genuine smiles from others during the day. Being competitive, I seek to up the odds by smiling as big as I can as I go about my day.

Online, it's odd for me to talk to someone else first. There are dozens of people on RJ whose brains I'd like to pick. I just don't. Too shy, maybe.

I dunno. I'm not sure if I'm if either is really me.

I think I'm more collected online. I can read over my post before I hit submit. When I'm talking I don't have as much time to qc my words. I'm def more flirty on line than in person. In person I'm very shy.

This is me, save for the flirty part. Oddly enough, I'm less flirty online than in person. This is most likely due to the fact that I've stuck my foot in my mouth so many times online (since I constantly forget that tone of voice is vital in many statements) that I should really have a foot fetish by now.

Exactly the same....besides, why go to the trouble of trying to be something you are not? Eventually, you will found out.

    Depends.

I'm much loved and respected out here. So I don't come online looking for love or respect. So this allows me to take on issues in here, I would not out here. icon_biggrin.gif

    What he said.

Otherwise, it's the same crusty exterior with a warm and chewy center.
