New at the gym

    Hey Everybody.

    I just signed up on a gym near home, and it is the first time in my life I go to a gym, so I'm kind of lost. icon_sad.gif

    The only available option for me was to sign up for thursday, friday and saturday, and I don't know how to use those three days in a row. My goal is getting a good shape.

    Hope you can help me.

    look at all the exercise plans at the workout plan tab on real jock.com and do cardio or walking or bicycling other days

    I workout 6 days per week, only do biceps twice per week. In the best shape of my life.

    Sunday - shoulders
    Monday - arms
    Tues - chest
    Wed - Legs/abs
    Thur - biceps
    Fri - back


    Standard workout routines did not give me enough recovery time.
