Liberty Education Forum, the non-partisan sister think tank of Log Cabin Republicans, has submitted an amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States in support of marriage equality targeted specifically at Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas. The brief makes the specific argument that committed same-sex couples who live in states that do not recognize marriage equality have limitations on their constitutional right to freedom of speech, specifically as it pertains to political giving and campaign contributions. You can read the brief here:

I don't see Obama advisor and homophobe Warren Buffet's Bershire Hathaway Company listed on the amicus brief supporting gay marriage:

Berkshire Hathaway is a holding company. Several companies in which BH has sizable interests (Coca-Cola - 400,000,000 shares, Wells Fargo - 483,000,000 shares, American Express - 151,000,000 shares, and others) have signed onto the brief.

Nevertheless, I do fail to see any BH direct subsidiaries on the list. I hope it's not too late for companies to join the brief, and that Berkshire Hathaway subsidiaries will be among them.

Potential amici are free to join in with briefs already filed, subject to objection from the authors of the latter, until briefing closes. Perhaps BH's lawyers are too busy protecting their boss's interests in the Keystone matter to have already filed notices of joinder.
