Of course, its science, they wont believe it anyway, they could always blame 'God' icon_lol.gif

    http://reverbpress.com/politics/proof-republicans-are-stupid/

    Conservatism, Racism and Low IQ
Fox News Makes You Less Informed
Low Effort Thought Leads to Conservatism
Homophobia Linked to Low Abstract Reasoning Skills
It’s All In The Brain, Baby

And the best part? This is biological. There’s no arguing the point. Liberals’ brains are biologically more able to handle complex thought, and conservatives base their beliefs on fear. This study isn’t hard to believe when one considers the fear conservatives showcase for immigrants, Muslims, minorities and any of the other million things they’re bigoted towards. Hence the success of the 24-7 fear cycle of Fox News.

These are peer-reviewed studies, by scientists who cumulatively have more degrees than I’ve got houses in my neighborhood. Conservatives can try to say they’re biased all they want, but as we know from their beliefs on climate change, they don’t subscribe much to the area of science.

    Conservatives are dumb… it’s a scientific fact

I love that you found credible studies, but I could have told you this.

Liberals are okay with new things, and placing a circle in a square hole.

Whereas conservatives do everything based on fear, and must have everything "in order" lest the entire house fall in their mind.

    It's sad really.

I like the point about wealthy Republicans and conservatives. They`re not stupid, but extremely bright. They adroitly exploit a sense of class deference in poorer people to blame government for their woes and vote against their own interests. Quite an achievement!
Similar manipulations go on here, sadly, with also 'divide and rule tactics', getting poor people to blame their problems on still poorer people!

I'm not sure who has it worse. The engineers because we're generally more conservative and obviously stupid or the general public that uses things that are designed by stupid people. Might want to think about this a little more before you cross a bridge or start your car engine. We're all screwed.

The Soviets had a penchant for labeling those who dared disagree w/ their programma as mentally ill. So when do we reopen the gulags?

This "news" is old - and was discredited back in 2012-13 when it first hit the liberal airwaves back then like shit thru a fan. Brock University? A Canadian school that "opened in September 1964 ... [with] 127 students in a refurbished refrigeration factory." Now there's a credible source. And note also that the "findings" are "reported" in - where else? - Psychology Today. More hard-hitting science as only the left can manufacture it. Put this one back into the reefer.

Is an older man who could clearly benefit from more exercise time but instead chooses to argue for much of his day and night with people he'll never respect behaving stupidly?

    YES!

Conservatives do seem to act on fear. Fear of anything different or that they don't understand. ...and for many people, what they are afraid of, they want to destroy.

How many liberals have started wars? or lynched anyone or burned anyone at the stake?

ignorance (stupidity) -> fear --> hate ---> destruction

If liberals are so smart why to they need the state to do everything for them?

Maybe because they realize the State represents the People, in our form of government, or at least should. And that it's people helping other people, in a community cooperative effort. The strong helping the weak.

Versus the Republican-conservative model, which proposes you throw everyone but the one-percenters to the wolves. I kinda like the Democratic-liberal model of helping people better. It's more Christian, wouldn't you agree? icon_wink.gif

I still find it interesting that in the dumber, more conservative parts of the country people manage to organize themselves and perform charity without government intervention while the smart liberals need the government to help them reach their goal. Or maybe they just aren't charitable at all and the nanny state is just a way to make them feel better about themselves.

They don't. They believe we're all in it together, and believe in helping others.

Interesting that the higher-giving areas generally have the worst education, higher poverty and larger infusions of federal cash.

So a poor person gives 4% of the 20K they make, or $80 dollars and they're applauded.

New Yorkers give 2% of the 130K they make, or $260 dollars and they're labeled unphilanthropic.

I mean, to an extent the percent matters, but when we're talking about such a SMALL VARIANCE in percent, I think the whole, raw numbers starts to control the analysis.

    FAIL.

By your logic a flat income tax rate would be a fairer system than the one we currently have, which is exactly what Liberals are against.

    Harry Truman-Democrat: Korea

    Kennedy/Johnson-Democrats: Vietnam

Southern Democrats started the KKK lynching and burning:

So sad to see so many Liberals approving the death penalty for the unborn.

So sad to see so many Liberals approving the death penalty for the elderly under Obamacare.

So sad to see so many Liberals approving the death penalty for foreign gays being stoned to death by Good Friends of Obama like the Sultan of Brunei:

Here's the Sultan hosting a dinner for Hillary:

The Clinton Family Foundation also accepts money from the Sultan.

this seems like a nice argument, until you look at the "charity" data, and find that the vast majority of the conservative giving is going to what is listed as "my church", rather than an actual charity. since churches in these areas are effectively "country clubs" rather than charities, the "charitable giving" is rather self serving rather than actual "giving to the needy". Remove the "country club tax" and the charitability of conservatives is pretty much zero too.
