    it's not a rumor, rice pulls more metals (heavy and otherwise) from the soil than almost any other plant

    Right?!! It's too sweet and gross. I'd rather have brown rice. Plus they add MSG in rice crackers, then you'll end up eating the whole bag and gobble 4 glasses of water.
