I upload videos to YouTube fairly regularly...mostly cool edits I put together for fun.

Now when the video finishes, it automatically goes goes to another video I didn't want to see. That fucking sucks.

    Anyone else have that problem?

Sounds like you accidentally clicked the "Play All" button.

YouTube defaults to 'play all' unless you uncheck the button.

They've made some software changes recently which caused serious problems with their default settings.

A few weeks ago many users (but not all) found the sound was automatically muted every time they tried to play a video. If you don't know about the mute button it can be a bitch trying to figure it out (it's the little speaker icon next to the pause and play buttons).

They fixed the mute problem but the volume level was defaulted to be all the way down. This one was harder to find because the volume level doesn't appear unless you place your cursor over the little speaker/mute icon.

It seems incredible to me that they make software updates without fully testing them. I think they must have orangutans working in their programming department.

Why not use Vimeo? There are 500MB daily limits, but no annoying ads and no comments from morons.

Don't freak out. There is a little button on the right side of the YouTube screen called "AUTOPLAY". Just uncheck that and the next video will no longer automatically start when the first video is done.
