Raw potatoes are hazardous because of both anti-nutritional factors and alkaloids, like solanine and chaconine - remember that potatoes are in the nightshade family - along with tobacco!

If it comes with a good de-worming. Or keep the para-fest going.

I eat most fruits and vegetables raw. Love raw fish/sushi/sashimi. Like my filet mignon blood red. I hate raw oysters.

I like my men the same way I like my veggies - crunchy, dirty, and raw.

I never knew people ate broccoli and mushrooms raw until I came to college in NY. That really grosses me out, especially the mushrooms raw.

I used to eat a lot of raw broccoli after someone told me it had more nutrients or whatever when it was eaten raw rather than when you eat it steamed. Idk if that's true though and steamed tastes better so I stopped that shit

    Raw fruit? Always.

Raw vegetables? Not really, the closest I'll come are roasted brussel sprouts, roasted bell peppers, or BBQ veggie skewers.

    Raw fish? Sushi and sashimi.

Raw meat? Yes and no. Steak. You HAVE to cook the outside to 160 (i.e., char it), but the inside can be bloody and raw because it can't get ecoli and other pathogens in it. Burgers, however, are ground beef and must be cooked to 160 because 'outside' meat is on the inside (i.e., it is ground). Any raw meat other than steak could seriously hurt you or give you worms I think.
