Hey boys. I posted this question in another forum and didn't get much input, so I'm hoping to have more luck here...

Just looking for any feedback in terms of where I might want to focus my weight training efforts and what I should do next (bulk, cut, etc). I'd like to look better and more defined for the summer.

I was a fat kid so I have a tendency to hold onto fat. I don't have any photos of my legs, but they're strong since I squat and deadlift and played soccer as a kid.

    Weight - 132lbs
    Height - 5'4

I'd say work on pecs and shoulders. Arms, too, but if you need focus, pecs first. You might get rid of all the hair just to add definition for a while but you can grow it back later. The process never ends...

No expert but given the time of year and those abs peeking through, right now you should cut. A lean waist and chiseled set of abs seem just a few months away for you and will make all of your other muscles look far bigger and accentuate your v-taper. Your problem area is minor - that VERY slight lower stomach pooch. Lose that, focus on lower ab and oblique work for those devil horns and you'll pass for an underwear model.

*edit* - I just checked out your profile pics where you're leaner without the pooch and with those devil horns. You look better there, I think, and if you cut I suspect you'll find you've grown somewhat since.

Hey, much appreciated. My pix are a bit dated but yes I was leaner back in the day. (Being happily partnered and working full time does that, as many of us know! lol). I'm hoping I've also got a bit more muscle so that if my cut is successful I'll look more defined.

I don't know either. Maybe the bodybuilding forums would be more in tune with the current aesthetic. But I'd maybe throw in a solid back day with plenty of pull-ups and rows - balance your chest and accentuate your waist. Plus it's handy if you ever get a farm job icon_rolleyes.gif

Or just get a farm job.

It's not as if there's anything wrong with those pics.
