Get your diet right.. Stay away from starches, like pasta. Cut back on carbs and empty calories. Get as close to 175 as possible then you can lose the rest in water weight (sweating it out, sauna suits etc.) Water weight is a last resort and you may lose strength so only do that if you need to. Water weight will return as soon as you eat or drink anything so do that RIGHT BEFORE weigh-ins
