Hopefully this idiotic ballot initiative is soundly and overwhelmingly defeated at the polls. This narrow minded bible thumping screwball should be confined into a psychiatric ward, what a stupid sicko.icon_mad.gif

That'll be funny if it passes, then he gets caught with a man and has to pop a cap in his own head. icon_lol.gif

California's ballot initiatives in general are a mistake as this one clearly shows. They short-circuit the normal government process by allowing special interest groups to put stuff on the ballot. Then during the campaigning we get advertisements from the special interest group presenting themselves as some legitimate "concerned citizens" group trying to fix a broken system (in their eyes) with their ballot initiative.

I already know about that. I don't think it'll get enough signatures. And plus it won't overrule Lawrence vs. Texas. He's a god damn attorney, shouldn't he have known?

When the sack of shit bon_salieri stops lying about me, stops harrassing me, referencing me, addressing me, etc., so will stop my postings about him into threads where he has posted, warnings to anyone unsuspecting the truth about him as shown in screenshots of his own words. If he stops, I’ll stop. It is that simple..

a small change like sure you can put anything on the ballot, but the price is 1 million dollars if it fails. if it passes no charge. price can change depending on how well it works.

    TomSOCAL saidHey Californians!

Well, well, my goodness. You know? They, really, have more serious problems, then this stupid measure, that won't get enough signatures to go on the ballot ...

    Let's see here.

Of relevance to the gay community,

    1. Earthquakes, which will preferentially destroy old, run down buildings that we tend to rent, since they happen to be cheap, and most of us are single, and can afford them. Pick up an apartment guide for Palm Springs or West Hollywood, and see these 40 year old "mid century modern" complexes that have not been retrofitted properly. Ugh...... icon_eek.gif

    2. Rising rents, rising gas prices, Brown's new Carbon Tax on gasoline which will raise food prices. In Arizona, Wallmart food prices are 20% less than Southern California.icon_lol.gif

    3. The Governor's tax on Eggs. It's about $3.99 a dozen, over there, versus $1.99 a dozen in Arizona. My goodness. A tax on the incredible edible egg. So incredible, that why does it need to be taxed? Geeeez...icon_redface.gif

    4. The Governor's tax on Gasoline. How about $2.89 a gallon in southern California, vs. $2.19 in Arizona?icon_idea.gif

    5. In most counties, medical pot dispensaries are banned. I knew a guy in one of these counties, who was prosecuted for using pot, and he even had a medical pot card. Yeah, California's laws on medical pot are very corrupt, and don't protect the innocent....icon_neutral.gif

    6. Horrible medical care, thanks to Obama Care. Lots of docs won't take Obama Care (it's called Covered California in California), especially docs in small, low income towns, like Auburn and Santa Barbara. Other neighboring states, who don't participate with Obama Kare, don't have health care shortages.icon_razz.gif

But on a more positive note, the voters threw out the Tax and Spend Democrats on the Chico City Council, who sent the city into deep dept, replacing them with a 4 to 3 Republican majority - Chico, hopefully, will survive, as an increasingly diverse, gay friendly and affordable place............:-)
Let's hope other Californian cities in debt will follow, like Palm Springs ......icon_idea.gif

So I think Californians have very serious problems related to political issues directly from the Governor's office. But that will soon change......they need a MODERATE democrat as governor, NOT a SOCIALIST ! LOL icon_biggrin.gif

Santa Barbara is a low income town??? LOL
