I'm a 22-year old, 118 lb, and 5 ft. 6 in. ectomorph that hasn't exercised since high school. I love exercise but only enjoy doing it in a follow-the-leader plyometric & military-style type of routine. I wish I could join a club that offers something like this but there are none in my area. (I live in a small college-town)

I'd like to get started on a routine at home that doesn't use equipment. This would help me build up my confidence to one day go to a gym. I'm not interested in bulking up; I just want to improve my natural body's form/build.

It seems totally doable, and a good way to start the process.

Any tips, ideas or comments?
