I don't really get a chance to know many of you here other
than the rants in the forums. I am not really concerned about
your private life, if your married or single or how in shape you are.

In reality, none of that matters much in cyber land. However, what matters is what you do in the real world.

    Are you kind to others?
Did you create something that changed the lives of others?
Did you create a better environment for a person.....any person?

From simple acts to major accomplishments, I would like to know you.......

You can add one or two or come back and add more later.

Yesterday, I found myself doing more kind things for others than I did in an entire month. I didn't even think about it until today. I am not sure why? I have a change of heart I guess.......

Talleyrand reportedly once said, "Above all, avoid an excess of enthusiasm!"

It is easy to get carried away by showing the kindness to the others. It takes a considerable skill to keep your enthusiasm at bay here.

I have learnt that charity begins and often stays at home, too. Lest you want to have the people take you for granted.

    A lesson learnt.

What I do outside of cyberland is positively different from being online. Since I began working in healthcare, I'm just happy to be a productive member of society.

This week I decided not to eat two swimmers. They looked pretty skinny anyway.
