Hello, I've been having a throbbing pain in the back of my head lately when weightlifting. I do not know what it is but it hurts like hell until I stop my set. I think it's called exertion headaches because as soon as i'm done working out they go away in a couple of minutes. However I can't get a good workout in with them. Has anyone had this happen and were you able to get rid of them? Any advice is helpful, thanks guys!

It may because you are tensing your neck muscles while you are lifting. It may not be easy, but try to relax your neck muscles and see whether that solves the problem.
