    toda raba...
I have declined my seder invitations ...feeling a bit claustrophobic at the moment
and am opting for a private seder with me a bowl of matzo ball soup .... and Charlton Heston

First night seder with half the Jews in Reno, hosted by one of the (nicer) local, Jewish-owned casinos, and second night seder at our rabbi's house.

I wish I had an invite to a seder!
I let my Orthodox patient out on pass in order to celebrate tonight. Maybe he'll bring me some leftovers...

It was a good one. The conductor of the local symphony was in attendance and after spilling some chicken soup on his leg (I'm sure it's good for the pants) we played a duet to entertain the kids. Then, at my niece's request, he performed with a singing dog gondolier.

The dog did a better job than I did, but he didn't get any scraps so I had my revenge.

All Jewish holidays basically follow the same script:

    1. They tried to kill us.
    2. They failed.
    3. Let's eat.

I thought that "Hebes" was an offensive term for Jewish people.

it is amazing what a dividing matter gefilte fish is ... My Bobba used to make it for every holiday ... I love the stuff ..cold almost tasteless with hot horse-radish sauce on it...
here in Beersheva I have only seen Bottled stuff..its revolting !
people either love it or hate it !

Is this where ur supposed to slaughter a male goat or cow and spread it's blood over ur door way and eat the meat, but it has to be cooked over a fire and not boiled and u have to eat it only at a certain time of day and with ur hands and all that other bullshit??

    Happy passover, jews. Enjoy it!

personally, i use the spelling heeb..........i love the nick name and i cherish it. when i played aussie rules (footy), my mates branded me 'the mighty hebrew'. i shorten it to 'the mighty heeb'. love it.

if you were closer, you would have had an invite. because, as my mom always said, 'there is room for one more.' she's in her early 80's and still says that.
