LA area, Saturday night sold out or at least a 2 hour waiting window period for next showing, maybe wait until after, this opening weekend to see it at the theater. I knew it was going to be big but I didn't think I wasn't going to be able to get a ticket while standing in line, geez, crazy. Haven't seen BO mojoe like this since Titanic icon_confused.gif

I am going with $175 million opening US weekend, you add the overseas take of 120 million, that is almost 300 million in its opening weekend! icon_eek.gif

Most of the Fast and Furious movies have done well icon_smile.gif
Paul Walker was and still is the locomotive of Fast and Furious , this one is the last sequel where he appears , it might be the last one too .

I suppose I should turn up the font size on my browser; when I first read the title of this thread I thought it said 'Furious 7" cocks'.

Looks awful! I will pass. That it is called Furious 7....does that mean that there were 6 other movies before this one?

And people moan and complain about the state of the movie business.

Anyone buying a ticket to see this piece of shit is complicit in the downfall of good cinema and the increase in tasteless rubbish green lit by a fucking spreadsheet.

They like to boast how walker and producers used to argue over "unrealistic" scenes. I'm guessing he lost most of those arguments considering the 16-speed gearboxes those cars were rocking

Watched it last night and it was pretty fun and entertaining. I went with the same friend who took me to see Taken 3 (he likes action movies, I like super-hero movies, there's crossover synergy). Taken 3 was a pile of shit. This was light but well done.

I was super distracted by Paul Walker though. I thought he died ages ago?
