Of course, these presidents are driven by their workload. But if you are left without a work schedule to dictate your hours, like on a vacation, what are your natural wakeful hours.

For me, my natural hours are waking up between 9 and 11 AM and going to be around 1 or 2 AM. So I am more of a night person.

I prefer to do mental work, like reading, in the evening and more physical activities earlier in the day, with my workout at around 5 PM.

Usually 1PM to 4AM, since I have my teammates in our game dev team are on the other side of the world and I have to interact with them as I work.

Then those are the hours dictated by your work, not your natural body hours, arent they?

about 5 or 5.30 am, going to bed about 9.30, as long as it's not deep winter, in which case it goes about an hour later. But that never happens

Nah. I've adapted to it somewhat. But yeah, it gets stressful when I have to do something in the morning... like "Argh! My skin! It's melting!" icon_lol.gif

The 1pm to 4pm is the most common waking hours for the past few months, but over months it also shifts depending on what I'm doing. Some months it's 5pm to 10am, some months it's 7am to 12am, etc. Sometimes, it does leave me tired and stressed as heck.

But I do think my 'natural' waking hours is more like around 10am to 2am. That's the sleep period I wake up most refreshed from.

I'd have to say midday (12pmish) to about 4 at night.

Give me a day off and I'll go straight into that rhythm.

Internal clock is up at 5:30 am roughly every day - even on late nights. Sometimes it's just annoying! icon_smile.gif

Without working I tend to go to bed by 5am and up by about 11am. Usually but not always take a nap around 6pm so I am not tired for the gym at 1am. Yeah, I'm a night person.

My internal clock is something closer to 25 hours, and if left totally to myself, my waking and sleeping times will keep advancing every day. When I finally reach the point where I'm going to bed at dawn, I force myself to stay awake through the entire next day. Then I can fall sleep in the early evening, and the cycle starts all over again.
