One of the few out ex-football players in the US arrested for drunk driving and assaulting a police officer . That's after his conviction for domestic violence -attacking his boyfriend.

One gets the impression that football players seem to be a violent lot.

There are about 1,700 players in the NFL and approximately 54,000 playing NCAA college football. The percentage of players who have made headlines for violent acts is miniscule.

swimmer_sf saidWell yes, but he's hot so it doesn't matter. And anyway this happened because he was traumatized by growing up gay so you really can't hold him accountable for his own actions.

Let me get this right... you are holding a 6'7" atheletic man unaccountable for his actions.. beating his normal sized boyfriend, hit and run accidents, attempting bite a cop and god knows what else ....
because HE WAS TRAUMATIZED GROWING UP GAY?

Nevermind the hundreds of thousands of gays who've been equally traumatized growing up gay who've done quite well overcoming it without the fortune that Kwame Harris had at his disposal to aid him in his recovery from a trauma only 60% of gay men experience.

Irony is an under-appreciated art these days.

This is the 2nd time in a week this has happened to me. LOL!

Irony is hard to spot in RJ where Poe's Law extends way beyond applications just to religious fundamentalists.
