Hi everyone.I just have a quick question. I've been trying to find ways to up my energy level for all the activities I do throughout the day/week. My energy level has been kind of low and its been having a negative impact on many things, my fitness schedule in particular. I find I just lack too much energy to really put as much into my workouts as I would like. I'm thinking my job and work schedule are playing a part in all this, but for right now there's little I can do about that. So I've been trying to search for alternative solutions. One that has come to mind is using a testosterone booster. This idea has good points, but also bad. For one thing I don't really like the though of messing with my internal biochemistry, and I know from what I've heard from other people that increasing testosterone can have negative side effects such as increased aggression and other things. But it also has good effects too such as increasing men's energy levels.

So I want to ask all of you who have experience with these drugs, what exactly has been your experience with them? What side effects did you experience if any, and did the good outweigh the bad or vice versa?

Testosterone boosters are NOT drugs. They're usually mixtures of plants that are known to increase T levels. And those plants aren't narcotics or intoxicants. I've used two different ones in the past. I couldn't truly tell if they made a difference. Since I'm in my 20s, my T level is presumably at its peak in my life.

The downside of T boosters can include acne. I think I broke out a bit while taking those. If I could recall, it caused me to be a bit more aggressive and less patient. Everything my coworkers did would only piss me off.

I wouldn't recommend T boosters for everyone. If you need energy, keep in mind that carbs provide the most. Try to get whole grains as they are the best.

I've been using Test Freak from Pharmafreak for about a year. I have had no ill effects, and it works pretty well.

The testosterone boosters you see at the supplement shops are junk. Don't waste your money. Sounds like you need more sleep, and possibly clean up your diet. If you're really lacking energy during your workouts, then try drinking a cup of coffee or even a Red Bull beforehand.

Isn't the science behind testosterone boosters somewhat like.

Taking out the engine of old Chevy and replace with one of a Lamborghini?

    Pro's it goes FAST
Con's it burns out faster, and damages the car and original 'parts'?
