I know this is a sad question, but I'd like to find guys who are sweet and that I can hug.

How do I go about fulfilling this intense desire of mine?

    Thanks guys

Seriously you need to go on a legit site like OKCupid post a REAL picture and find a nice boyfriend... Avoid Grindir and other apps -- although ppl have success stories (relationship wise) you'll most likely get used on there. You seem like a sweet (sometimes insecure) guy who could use a nice bf.

Maybe see if there are any gay sports teams or activity clubs you can join... Just meeting other gay guys in a non-club setting would be good for you. Some places even have like gay book club meetings -- check meetup.com for local things in your area.

Do you have just regular guy friends? Some of my friends and I hug when we say goodbye or whatnot. Especially one friend our gfs joke that we have a bromance going on lol. It's not that hard to get hugs from people. That one friend I was talking about lost friends in Iraq and being a firefighter you learn how anything can happen so that's why we always hug goodbye. A lot of firefighters are like that with each other/ friends I played sports with.

All of the advice given above is good. As for the actual act, I simply say, "Gimme a hug, bud!" w/ a smile, and I get one every time. Usually I don't even have to ask, and more often than not they morph into a nice kiss. Hugs are nice; yeah, they are!

Coolest cat-vids I've seen in a long time! I love how the third one raises his forepaws for the lift! Guys interacting w/ cats always makes me smile.

Try breaking the ice with some physical contact. Nothing too forward or intrusive. A simple touch on the arm or shoulder while talking to someone. If they appreciate it, they may return the gesture and that can lead to more physical contact, such as hugs and other things.
