‘Same-sex attracted men’ object to equal marriage

Gay men who are married to women have filed a brief with the Supreme Court arguing against same-sex marriage.

Not sure of the procedural status of this brief but I would be surprised if the Court accepted it. (I don't think the Court allows any and everyone to file an amicus brief without obtaining leave (permission).) Even so, I doubt this brief would make any real difference in the case as there are much stronger arguments to be made by the opponents of gay marriage.

Then there were people here supporting these scumbags that they are entitled to live their life they want. But the problem is that most of the times these hypocrites won't just mind their own business but poke their nose in others.

I'm a lawyer ... I was talking about legal arguments. There are always legal arguments to be made regardless of whether you agree with them. Nevertheless I understand your mindset and I accept how it manifests itself. By the way, I think this brief probably weakens the opponents' case ... generally it's better to avoid the weak arguments which can cause all sorts of mischief without providing much good.

I've never heard a strong legal argument from opponents of gay marriage... (and I don't think SCOTUS has either).

I'm actually married (to a gay man!), so I have a dog in this race. I'm not trolling at all.
