    The law of unintended consequences. Republicans want the poor to starve & die. But they may have created a law in Texas that prevents that, when a charitable religious person wants to feed them, based on religious convictions.

    You kinda know Texas Republicans will get their way regardless. But it'll be interesting to see how they do it.
