awesome... reminds me of all my straight boyfriends/husbands and brofriends who have time and again shown such unconditional love and support... that without wanting to sound vindictive ..I dont get often from other gay guys...but this story really moved me particularly with all the homophobia that gets reported...nice to see some light in this neo-dark age we seem to be living in

If it weren't for my str8 bro's I'd have no male friends at all. icon_cry.gif None of them have any problems getting laid, in fact all have a gf or a female fuck buddy. And they all wish they could be my wingman somehow so I could stay satisfied in the sack too. haha Y'know, the way any kind of friend should be. Thank goodness for the five guys who to me aren't a burger chain but the best men in the world - my buddies who'd take a bullet for me as I would for them. This one's for you, Dave + Tyler + Jake + Gerald + Will. Not that you'll ever see it unless I send y'all the link. hahahaha

That is so fucking cool. One of the most wonderful things I've experienced was visiting my high school decades later to find a str8-gay alliance club's office door right on the main hallway. Fucking rainbow flags in my old high school, wow. I was so moved by seeing that.

I'm still friends with many of those people and a number of them have said that I'd have been accepted had I come out that early. But that was early to mid 70s and I'd known most of them since grade school, many since the playground, so that wasn't going to happen. I think partly they project how they feel now onto who they were as kids. Plus, for me, that was a few years too soon.

But I know a couple who had fun with me under the covers at sleepovers and I'm pretty sure they'd have liked to take me to the prom if things were then what they're becoming now. That would have been a great memory. How incredible that some of the kids are starting to get to enjoy this now. Good for them.
