Benefits of treadmill, please share your experience with me

    I do about 2km daily on treadmill at 10km per hour before other workouts. Can I expect any changes on my legs for example or that is negligible? What distance can make me realize any changes? Am about 67kg and 177 cm.

    You can definitely progress your running and strengthen your legs on a treadmill but I highly recommend using the incline often. When I use the treadmill in the winter I run between a 5 and 7 incline for 45 min to an hour. If I need a rest I slow down and put the incline up to 13 to 15.
