I hope he does. Just as I did, and hope to continue to do. Plus he's in the ND State legislature, with far more influence than I have. May his time there be well spent, devoted now to helping gays rather than hurting them.
BTW, the State Capitol in Bismarck is a wonderful example of Federal Deco architecture. I've posted pics of it here before. Unlike many State capitols, which are poor replicas of the US Capitol, North Dakota has one of the most original & lovely capitol buildings in the entire US. Who woulda thunk?
Finally, something that Art and I can finally agree on. The state Capitol in North Dakota is a beautiful and unique building. Bismarck is a very nice, spacious Midwestern city. Another Midwestern state with a beautiful Capitol in a wonderful, clean city is Nebraska..
Actually, I thought we agree on a number of things, including cycling. BTW, I'm looking at getting another motorcycle, I think I've finally gotten hubby agreeable to the idea.
He vetoed my earlier attempts at another Harley. Instead it may be a Suzuki DR 650 dual-sport. Had one of those about 15 years ago, I think it could be a great urban street fighter. And doesn't look like a big highway cruiser, which my husband fears. But still keeping the Cannondale, a bicycle too lovely to ever give up.
When we get home to my desktop iMac I may upload some pics of the Bismarck State Capitol I have. A fairly bland exterior, but a marvelous interior. May be later tonight or tomorrow, gotta attend a social mixer for a gay magazine tonight.
