Guys I need advice on the best fat loss work out routines? The main areas of concern are the belly (love handles) and moobs. I was wondering how would I reduce the fat and get a more defined toned result.

I know diet is important during this, so what should I focus on eating?

    Thanks.

I found that Paleo diet is way more important then exercise. With exercise train heavy and intense don't do any low effort repetitive exercise if you want to lose the mid section fat. Expect to lose 5!lbs a week on Paleo diet until you reach your natural weight.

I think the most important thing you can do for yourself is have fun. Find a high intensity workout you enjoy. Even if it's not the 'best' if you love it you're far more likely to still be doing it in 3 months. Crossfit, is my favorite but rock climbing, yoga, basketball, ultimate Frisbee are all options.

I'd be really grateful if you could give me an example of 'cliff notes' style of wha paleo diet full day meals should be... I'm so bewildered with everything i'm getting on google... given your amazing body pics, I'd rather get it from someone like you..

I hope you don't mind.. you can DM me if you like or share it here so others can benefit..

    Thanks in advance,

Hahaha. Shaun T is awesome. His workouts are killer. I was lucky enough to meet and work out with him several years ago. The dude is a BEAST. The workouts never get easy--you just get better at doing them.
