The number of undisclosed contributors to the charity, the Canada-based Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership, signals a larger zone of secrecy around foundation donors than was previously known.

The partnership, named in part for Bill Clinton, sends much of its money to the New York-based Clinton Foundation. Two of the partnership’s known donors — Giustra and another mining executive, Ian Telfer — are featured in the soon-to-be-released book “Clinton Cash” for their roles in a series of deals that resulted in Russia controlling many uranium deposits around the world and in the United States.

The large number of undisclosed supporters of a Clinton-affiliated charity raises new questions about the foundation’s adherence to the 2008 ethics agreement it struck with the Obama administration, which was designed to avoid conflicts of interest during Hillary Clinton’s tenure at the State Department.

And look up Frank Giustra in wikipedia, the story gets even better...

Mr. Giustra became close with former US President Bill Clinton during fundraising efforts for tsunami relief in 2004. Giustra is a member of the board of trustees of the Clinton Foundation. Giustra provided his corporate jet for Clinton's fundraising campaign in Africa. The two play the card game Oh Hell during flights.

In September 2005, Giustra flew Clinton to Kazakhstan as part of a three-country philanthropic tour. Clinton praised the Kazakh autocrat for "this statement you have made about opening up the social and political life [of Kazakhstan]". Within two days of the former President's meeting with Kazakhstan’s president Nursultan Nazarbayev, Giustra's fledgling uranium company signed preliminary agreements giving it the right to buy into three uranium projects controlled by the state-owned uranium agency, Kazatomprom. "The monster deal stunned the mining industry, turning an unknown shell company into one of the world’s largest uranium producers."[14][15]

In 2006, in the months after Mr. Clinton's visit helped secure Giustra's company the right to mine uranium in Kazakhstan, Mr. Giustra donated $31.3 million to the Clinton Foundation.[14] This figure is at variance with the one released by the William J. Clinton Foundation (on the 18 December 200icon_cool.gif, as part of an arrangement with President-elect Barack Obama. It reports Frank Giustra as giving between US$10–25 million.[16]

In February 2007, a company called Uranium One agreed to pay US$3.1 billion to acquire UrAsia. Giustra, a director and major shareholder in UrAsia, would be paid $7.05 per share for a company that just two years earlier was trading at 10 cents per share.[14]

Now it comes out that Frank Guistra lied to US media about it being illegal in Canada for him to release names of donors to his"Clinton Guistra Money Laundering Charity." Canadian tax officials say no law exists prohibiting the release names of charitable donors.

Just one more bit of dishonesty within the Clinton tradition of dishonesty.

I'd forgotten until yesterday about the sorry MF-ers taking $180,000 worth of furniture out of the White House when the left. They ended up having to give it back. Still that gives insight into the character of Bill and Hillary... Just thieves hiding as politicians.

It depends on what Province the charity is registered in, and our laws are different from yours. We do have privacy laws, and in a charity's case they often have to ask donor's permission before publicly giving out their IDs.

    ^Yeah.

Frank Guistra operates out of Vancouver so Clinton/Guistra charities would be most likely registered there.

But there are four problems with that for the Clintons.

    1. She was under an agreement with the White House for Clinton charities to take NO FOREIGN donations that weren't cleared with the WH. Clinton/Guistra out of Canada sends its received donations to the Clinton Charities.

    2. This was done without A. Reporting the money as coming from an associated charity in the foreign country of Canada B. Reporting the 1100 estimated sources of the money as required by US law and her agreement with Obama White House. It doesn't matter what Canadian laws say once the money come to the US. The source donors must be revealed.

    3. It makes a clear and DIRECT trail of money from the deals for uranium mines from money into Bill's hands from Guistra as Guistra negotiated the purchase of Kazakhstan's state owned Uranium corporation, Kazatomprom AND Guistra's deals for the mines in the US. In 2006 Guistra transferred $31.3 million to the Clinton Foundation which was not reported as being foreign in origin to either the White House or other authorities.

Then... Guistra and his partners in UrAsia Corp (original stock price in 2005 = 10¢ a share) that had engineered buying US uranium mines (with US State Dept approval in less than 1 year after the $31.1 million "donation" that was concealed) was sold to Uranium One Corp for a price of $7.05 a share. That's a 7000% profit.

So that sets the stage for the final problem.

    4. Any US citizen sick of the abuses of Wall Street style back room deals of the upper 1% of the top 1% cannot look at this scheme involving the Clintons and see them for being anything other than the money hungry lying cheating MF-ers that they are.***

((*** There are exceptions. Some people will support Hillary no matter what she does... They are similar to the many Fumb Duckers who want to marry and have sex with Charles Manson.))

Now bear in mind this is not an isolated incident but one of seven that all have very interesting "thumbprint" characteristics all with the Clintons at the top with the pile of money.
