I bough the block and and an incline bench to see what I could do at home. I haven't been getting to the gym as much as I would like.
Does anyone have a good recommendation on whole body work outs using just these?

    Thanksicon_biggrin.gif

    Hi,
Having had no access to proper gyms for long lengths of time, for one reason or another, at various points, here's what I've realised.
A home-gym simply will not have the range of equipment usually found in serious gyms (unless you invest in a really good work-out station for home), so use your home set-up for maintaining what you have gained in the gym. Don't expect fanatastic results. And get back to the gym for at least a decent period in order to keep building. That's the discipline we all need, perhaps...?

The only trainer I ever had walked into the gym and said that the machines were for selling memberships and that we would not be using them. His body weight training was killer and prettying much the same as the 12 week walkouts on here.

Thank you Alpha. Discovered imuscle, best app in the world.
I'll have to look at the 12 week program, I'm sure it can be modified.
I got the "body by Jake tower 200" (Lol) cables as well. I picked them up for 15 bucks on Kijiji! Have to say they're not bad. Have to say I've been working out a lot more with the stuff at home now.

It does not take too much equipment to work out at home. A pull up bar and Swiss ball will produce fantastic results . Ever try hand stand push ups?

Can't say I have, I'm a little limited on the movement thing.
Had a Cervical Laminectomy back in 2013 due to disks impeding on my spinal cord and bruising it.
