I've heard good things about green tea extract, so I decided to buy it since it was cheap. I bought the Now Brand, with each capsule having 400 mg. I have a few questions for people who've used the product.

-Is 400 mg enough for it to be effective?

-Does it matter when you take it? Does it have to be pre and/or post workout?

-I always workout at night, around 6pm and then go to bed around 10pm. Do you guys think the caffeine really prevents you from sleeping?
