    And the garlic and diced tomatoes are where???
    To the extent that I ever "cut" guac, I use nonfat plain yogurt, and then only a touch. Some people actually use mayo! icon_sad.gif

    As with everything Chipolte, kosher salt is involved. (Kosher salt, as compared to regular table salt, is "off the charts" in terms of activating pleasure centers in our brains.)

    Which is why, no matter how healthy or low calorie you think a non-dairy grilled chicken bowl with brown rice may be, it's the sodium that makes it tasty, and what'll kill you.

    Salt, sugar, oil, butter.

    I can make my shoe delicious using any one of those four ingredients.

    And let's not even get started on bacon.

    And yes, no cilantro or tomatoes? Sounds like a very boring guacamole to me. But garlic does not belong in guac.
