Tummy toning tips

    I could really use some tips on how to streamline my ab training. After all the running and strength training the stubborn tummy remains. My legs are strong, my arms are shaping up. Even my face looks like the face of a guy who takes care of himself. But I can't shed the "beer belly". HELP!

    That's not a beer belly. It's a bear belly. Too much hair to see the definition that lies underneath.
