Does this count as having sexual contact?

I remember when I was about 7, and a relative of mine was about 9, and another boy who was about 10, roughly. I can't remember the details beyond the most stand out part, which was when the other boy told my relative to put his penis in his mouth, and he did. But he wasn't hard, and my relative didn't have it in his mouth long, just a few seconds, so it was brief and didn't even feel like a very sexual situation despite this. But I still know both of them today, and I'm not sure if they remember. I know it seems like an odd question, but I'm just wondering if my relative can officially say he had this guys dick in his mouth, or if it doesn't count because we were so young at the time?

Anyone can say what they want to - but why should anyone care (even you) about what boys did in their childhood? It's what children have always done.

Maybe it's me being pervy, but I was wondering how 'official' it could be considered because the idea that his dick was in another guys mouth kind of turns me on, since he's so straight now.

pazzy saidlooking at the responses. don't understand how some gay men are okay with molestation because that's what it is. obviously the kid that did that to the other kid learned from somebody because somebody did that to him. icon_neutral.gif even if it's a child doing it to another child, that shit ain't normal, man. folks kind of are a bit too sex crazed where people are confusing serious shit for child's play.

You don't understand pazzy, becuse you live in a different world. Sorry to burst your bubble, Paz, but it is normal for children do "that shit" (sexual play) with each other - and it has been for millennia (to use Justice Kennedy's words).

okay. i know for a fact that shit like that doesn't fly in the real world because back in my brother's kindergarten class 20 plus odd years ago, two kids did the same shit you guys are making it seem so innocent in school where one of them decided to put their hands into their private parts and guess what happened to both of them when word got out. child services got both the kids, the parents got in trouble and pretty much everyone's kids parents got called in because they wanted to make sure that it wasn't just that kid that got touched.

you guys obviously are living in your little fantasy worlds where ya'll aren't getting it. go out there and tell people that it's normal for little kids to go and touch each other dicks and put each others dicks in their mouths and see if people don't think something is wrong with you. there is a difference between experimenting and sexual abuse. there's a difference between a kid discovering masturbation and a 9 year old doing putting his dick into a 7 year olds mouth. icon_confused.gif go ask anybody if that shit is normal.

sex and kids does not mix. there's certain types of behaviors that are not normal amongst kids where it could be perceived as sexual abuse. there is a limit whether you want to acknowledge it or not.

If it's kids, it is not "sex." OP was not mentioning a sexually (pre)mature 13 year old, or that the attention wasn't welcomed. Yeah there are more hyper-controlling parents today than when I was a child that would get all upset - the kind that would slap their boys' hands or spank them if they found them masturbating. Usually misguided by some fundie religion. Let me say then, that it is still considered normal in every country in the world except parts of the paranoid USA.

Admittedly, the relative I'm talking about does have a mental disability. When this happened, the other boy didn't ask me to do it, at least not that I can remember, he only asked the other boy, perhaps because he thought he wouldn't say no or something. So maybe in that regard you could say he took advantage a bit. I never thought about the possibility that the other boy might have been molested himself, but I think it's unlikely. Hopefully.

I agree with Passy, its either someone did it to the other kid or he saw someone doing it in his presence such as a parent or sumthing. But yes, its what kids do such as when they play house or just boys being boys.

Molestation requires intent - you know you shouldn't be doing it. There was no such knowledgeable intent here. These were kids exploring anatomy and mimicking something heard from an older male, not understanding the social context and meaning that adults give it.

They probably don't even remember. You do because something in your spirit sensed a meaning that was more important or deeper to you than it was to them.

I had a few similar naive experiences like that. I would never bring it up because even today they would look at radically differently from me, and probably want to deny it. Why hassle them?
