A self-described faith healer has filed a lawsuit against atheist video blogger Stephanie Guttormson after she posted a video debunking his claim that he was a medical professional.

Guttormson, who is Operations Director for the Richard Dawkins Foundation, posted a video to YouTube last December explaining why she was skeptical that Adam Miller’s 1977 near death experience (NDE) gave him special abilities to heal people.

The problem is journalism is dead. It reads like a breathless narration from a 14-year-old girl.

Short story: man nearly dies. Reports having a near-death experience that gave him super powers (faith healing). Woman (transgender?) has a video blog that debunks bullshit artists like this faith healer. He's offended, sues. Because his message is holy. The end.

Hey, I understand now. Maybe you should be a journalist!

The videos are more comprehensible. Sorry for not pointing that out in the OP.

Yesterday I sent $50 for her legal fund after I reviewed the other vids she has on youtube and Read more on Adam Miller. She only had $780. Now she's over $1700. Adam Miller fucked himself on this by not taking the Streisand Effect into consideration. No one would have ever heard of Stephanie Guttormson had he just ignored her.

No doubt she'll have a few hundred expert witnesses volunteering to testify. And she's be crazy not to file a civil suit against Miller to bankrupt his sorry scamming ass.

You can keep up with her legal fund here.
