    "everyone likes a secret"
Tattoo ink that shows up only under UV light. According to the article the ink is somewhat unstable as a tattoo. Not new chemistry but new for this application.

Most flourophores are pretty delicate. You can only "light them up" for a limited time before they bleach out. (Like, minutes for most of them.) Fluorescent minerals might have some potential for that application, except that most of them are either a. Toxic, or b. Nutrients for which the body has pretty efficient scavenging mechanisms.

Dunno... experiment on your kid sister, maybe?

I have one. It turned out pretty decent. I need to go in for a couple touch ups but the tattoo artist is very flaky. :/
