I suffer from Chronic Fatique. yes, it does exist - I had to give up my career as a personal trainer because of it (that, and people in the industry telling me that Chronic Fatique doesn't exist).

Does anyone have any recommendations for training with it? I want to push myself but not end up exhausted and not able to function. I'm currently working on a upper/lower split four days a week for an hour with core and cardio.... That's been ok but I've nott been seeing results as quickly as I want and, sadly has left me this last week utterly exhausted and not able to function, having to take time off work. which iant good.

So yeah any advice greatly appreciated!
