I stay healthy for the most part, salads, white meat, tuna, no sodas just water (not a fan of sodas anyways), fruit, I eat a lot of these thou like strawberry with banana milkshakes yum...do like expresso everyday with a bit of sugar and I'm a little noughty rarely. Thing is I got a bit of weight on me years back, then lost all of it quite easily, got face bone structure back and all that xD now just focusing on muscle, but after losing all the weight now I have this very small layer of fat covering my abs,I never had big abs but I had a youngster thin kinda ripped belly...now its just meh xD trying more core exercises as it was recommended, seems I can see results already but belly takes a lot of time so I'm just being patient about, I'm not exactly looking for a 6pack just a nice V and better looking overall belly icon_smile.gif

Macaroni and cheese, bacon, ice cream, tuna noodle casserole, etc. The good stuff. But you can't see my abs.

I sit on my ass, watch Family Guy reruns, and eat Twinkies. It makes them nice and big...and soft and squishy! icon_biggrin.gif

First Id say make sure you do heavy compounds lifts on your non ab days. When you do hit abs forget regular situps. Do decline situps with weights. Pick up a 5 lb dumbbell and do leg raises. Cant forget ab rollouts!

In order to have defined abs you need them to grow... so eat. But you also need to trim fat.

Just eat a little ovet your calorie maintenance and yoyll slowly build muscle. Eat good foods though, not all calories are equal.

For me.. abs are all about carbs intake.. I've never been fat, but I've never had abs definition until I cut down on carbs.. After 4-6 weeks I noticed a massive difference.. I haven't done a lot of training on my abs either, it was more about diet and removing fat.
