    Hey Guys,

I'm looking for cheap and/or free ways to gain a bit of wait maybe look a bit more like Tom Daley icon_biggrin.gif Left a pic below for reference.icon_twisted.giftom-daley-le-sportif-de-ces-dames-hot-19

OP, you and Tom Daley have almost the same height, so you're lucky because you can tell how much lean mass you need to gain.

To reach his physique, which is not even big, you will need to gain around 45lbs of muscle. Gaining 30lbs takes from 3 to 5 years for most guys and it slows down year after year. This will give you an idea of how long it might take.

I'm probably the only one who's going to tell you this: there is no cheap/free way for you to gain this much weight. It's very likely Tom Daley has a dietitian and a personal trainer -- you don't.

Having a consultation with a sports dietitian and buying all the foods he tells you to eat.

Skinny is always more aesthetically pleasing than fat.

I don't think my metabolism would ever let me become fat

Oh yes you can. Have you ever heard of skinny fat (aka pregnant snake)? Just keep eating high quantities of high GI foods all day long and you will see.

You are just 22, wait for another 5-6 years, and you'll see.
Just keep working out, and slowly you'll get there. Don't try to rush and in the process accumulate unwanted unhealthy fat.

Every morning @ your local favorite restaurant, in 6 months, you will have gained 10 lbs!

    Denny's isn't everyone's favorite restaurant. However, it's definitely mine or I wouldn't have recognized that dish. icon_lol.gif

I don't know, I'm 26, almost 27, and I still feel the same way lol.

I've always assumed my metabolism would slow down at some point, and still believe this is probably true... but I am starting to wonder if some people just have their metabolism permanently stuck to overdrive haha.

I'm an ectomorph and you probably are too. I'd workout five times a week, and focus on abs a lot since yours will actually show up. I'd also recommend a mass weight gainer like serious mass to help with gaining weight. If you take a weight gainer then you have to workout or you will get fat
