    NYT: Protein-packed drinkable meals are popular in Silicon Valley because they are inexpensive and quick and easy to make, so busy tech workers don’t actually have to waste time eating.

    And he does drink protein shakes for lunch at work. But in the evening, his family usually does steaks and hot dogs on the grill, or homemade enchiladas, or something awesome like that...and ALWAYS invites me over for dinner. icon_biggrin.gif

    good diet plan; obesity is the issue, no one will ever die from starvation.

    I've been doing this for years. High calorie protein smoothies are a godsend to ectos who need many calories but don't have the appetite to eat a solid meal with the same fats/carbs/protein.

    I just wouldn't recommend this to someone with a lot of appetite as these meals don't make you feel full.

    I am going to start doing it soon. It's so time consuming to to manage good diet, with work, gym and sleep.
