Hey, so I just saw that Freeletics was a new featured app on the iPhone app store, and so I decided to give it a try. I'm quite happy with it so far, and wondering if anyone else is using it? They have really good marketing, it gives me a P90X vibe... Apparently it's based in Europe.

Anyways, I have joined, and am going to try to stick to a 90 day plan that it setup for me. The first workout was KILLER (I'm very out of shape, so that was expected).

If anyone else is using it, let me know and I'll follow you, we can help each other achieve greatness icon_lol.gif

I cycled (and walked some) up 4000 feet of steep mountain today, just to ride a couple awesome downhill MTB trails.

P90X can bite my ass. icon_razz.gif

I just know of four guys who used it, and three of them had to see a doctor afterwards. Apparently, it's not for beginners, even though they claim to be. It's a bit quick from 0 to exhausting workout and they don't explain how you could get injured. If you know the exercises and the dos and don'ts of them and listen to your body so you don't overdo it in the beginning it's okay. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.
