    NYT: To stay comfortable when exercising in higher temperatures, precooling with ice can be helpful. But the benefits depend on where you put the ice.

    Or bettter yet, just don't wear underwear. And if you feel you must, wear compression shorts as underwear. They dry out MUCH faster after the workout.

    Ughhh, that outfit is horrific regardless if hairy or smooth. But I agree, there's something creepy about unnaturally hairless bodies.

    Oddly enough, I always sit in the sauna (with my gym clothes on) before my workouts for about 15 minutes. I do this in the winter and summer.
