    Greetings everyone! Being I just recently joined this website, I'm not for sure if this subject has been brought up before or not. However, help is always welcomed.

    Since November of 2014, I have been using Performix SST (Suspension Super Thermogenic) Powder. Typically, one can find this product at GNC stores. So far, along with strict dieting and weight lifting, I have been noticing some good results. I have also noticed that about 30 minutes after consuming it, I feel a sensation of starvation (and I know that I'm not hungry, at all!). I believe this means that the product is working. A worker at the local GNC store mentioned that he would go use the restrooms more than usual (when he takes it) and this is the same from what his customers have been saying.
    Besides SST, I have used Green Coffee Bean Extract & Garcinia Cambogia (both worked decently but I kept on plateauing).

    Questions: If you have used and/or currently taking SST product, what were your experiences? Would any certain exercises go well with this product? Or, has anyone had better results with a different thermogenic?

    These products are all just diuretics. They make you lose water. Because your body will require water at a certain level to balance your Ph, any such product will produce only temporary results. It does make your skin a bit thinner temporarily which gives better definition temporarily, but as soon as you drink water the effect will be gone. That said, I kind of like the sensation and the thought of peeing out waste and adding back clean but ultimately, you won't lose weight because of it.

    And that's really all you need. The other stuff is just stuff to make you pee. Drinking a shitload of water before, during, and after your workouts will have the same effect.
