FIFA corruption's coincidences with the Clintons aren't coincidental at all.

When I heard the news about 14 FIFA officials being indicted a widespread multi-million dollar, multi-natonal bribery conspiracy I thought, "hmmm. That sounds way too much like some other widespread multi-million dollar, multi-natonal bribery conspiracy. Let me google, "FIFA connection to Clinton Charity Fund" and see what comes up.

FIFA has been in the Clinton Global Initiative since 2009 since Bill extended the invitation.

So far CGI reported to have taken $1,500,000 from Qatar and FIFA - probably more.

Wall Street Journal details some of the corruption

Reports say the charges against 14 FIFA officials include wire fraud, racketeering and money laundering, valued at more than $100 million.

I saw a special report last night on ESPN about the way FIFA handles money from members to pay its its expenses, profits for the world cup, and voting.
**** the bigger and wealthier each nation is the more they are expected to contribute to FIFA.
**** World cup profits are split equally between all member nations regardless of size or team ratings.
**** All nations, regardless of size, or contributions to FIFA receive one vote. This means the Manhatten sized Most Serene Republic of San Marino, gets the same voting power and same World Cup proceeds as all of Italy but contributes next to nothing and has never won a title.

The postage stamp nations such as Luxembourg, Andorra, Liechtenstein, and Malta as some of the more familiar micro-states with soccer teams that entitle them to equal profits through FIFA's World Cup. The total micro-states is 29. That is enough votes to nullify the votes of the 28 most populous nations. But there's more to it.

    29 micro-nations plus
87 poorest of 230 nations (CIA figures) equals
116 voting majority out of 230 nations (CIA figures) minus

Now you can see the why FIFA invests so much money in micro-states and the poorest nations where the influence of it's legal and illegal cash flow can always give it an easily manipulated majority of voters.

And yet, despite your Southbeach-esque headline and your typically long-winded post, you have signally failed to explain how the FIFA corruption allegations and the donations to the CGI are anything other than co-incidental.

Even the Daily Wail concedes: "It's unlikely that the Clinton Foundation was bribed for Bill's support, since the U.S. was in the running and Clinton himself was instrumental in guiding that effort."

Just heard on msnbc that donations from FIFA to Clintons may top 5 million... That's a jump a 170% increase in less than 24 hours.

And, as would be expected, through spokesmen, the Clintons released another of their usual templated denials of being knowingly involved in any illegal activity.
