We're attending. The first gay men's chorus in Florida, which my husband's best friend founded, along with my husband's assistance. Both of us have performed in it. A chorus that inspired the founding of other gay choruses in the State. Dr. Keating is still its Artistic Director and Conductor.

Of course this benefits and advances our gay community here. Waiting for snarky anti-gay remarks from southbeach1500 and his socks and buddies, just like they did regarding our recent banquet for the Harvey Milk and Matthew Shepard Foundations, in 3...2...1...

    Well, be careful, Art...

Someone might come along and, after doing a soil analysis, deem you not in keeping with the gay perspective.

Some of the most vicious folks that try to bring you down...

    Self-centered, hateful, assholes.

Stuff yer wiki facts and figures up yer ass.

I'll watch myself. Here with our resident gay bashers, but no need there.

Several hundred guys, mostly gay, many of whom we know. And we know the entire chorus, my husband's on the Board. We'll have a great time as always, maybe go to an after-party following the performance.

Thanks, he is. The spinal injections are working, his pain's a lot less. He's got another one in a few weeks.

Let's hope the NSU Art Museum isn't owned by the KKK.

No, it's owned by Nova Southeastern University.

So there was indeed an enjoyable after-party. We didn't leave until nearly midnight, a little late for us. But the entire chorus was there, along with their assorted husbands, partners and BFs, as well as one singer's mother who came all the way down from Tampa to hear him. Where she's in a mixed chorus herself, of gay, lesbian, bi and straight. Nice when relatives are supportive of LGBT family members.

    How lovely.

Once again you go out of your way to show your hatred of gays, our families, and our activities. The only ones worse on this site are your socks.
