    Getty Museum

Original Farmers Market (Fairfax ave) early mornings - maybe brush elbows with Hollywood types

    Venice Beach (eye candy)

San Diego/LaJolla Black's Beach - not all that far

"Bad Jews" (theater) at the Geffen Playhouse

Gaylife? Dunno - I'd guess you are a bit too old for WeHo bars

One thing I keep meaning to do in LA is visit the outdoor location for M*A*S*H, which is on the old Fox Ranch (now part of Malibu Creek State Park). I will definitely fit in a visit next time I'm there.
