    Cereal, vegetable soup and currently more cereal. Then I plan to have sautéed veges for dinner.

    100g berry muesli with half a pint of whole milk
    2 slices wholemeal toast and peanut butter
    Sesame bagel and peanut butter
    Banana
    Apple
    Tin of sardines
    2 protein bars
    6 scoops protein powder with water
    3 litres sparkling water
    6 Cumberland sausages
    1 bulb fennel
    500g fat free yogurt
    200g turkey

    Breakfast 1: Taiwanese pineapple cake (souvenir from a friend)
    Breakfast 2: Oatmeal (add almond, pistachio, pecan, and cashew)
    Lunch: Rice, ground pork, fried egg, green salad (baby kale and spinach)

    Four eggs for breakfast, a cup of mixed nuts for lunch, and Fireball for dinner...and maybe a chimichanga meal after this evening's trail ride, unless the BMX guys beg me to ride with them instead. Then I'll just hit up Micky D's with them.

    Breakfast: 3 cups of Hazelnut coffee, 1 "light" English muffin with Smart Balance margarine and peanut butter, yogurt.

    Lunch: Smoked ham sandwich on flat bread. Tall Latte from Starbucks.

    Dinner: 2 glasses of red wine, stuffed cabbage roll, steamed corn.

    Breakfast: granola + oatmeal + berries + 2% milk
    Snack: grapes
    Lunch: 3 slices lunchmeat, red pepper, hardboiled egg, 1 string-cheese
    Snack: 4 apricots, 2 peaches
    Dinner: fresh corn, baby carrots, 2 plums and 4 slices ham.

    Breakfast : vermicelli.

    Lunch : rice with eggs, beans and potatoes, salads,pickles and soups.

    Dinner/afternoon : Chinese noodles with sauces and salads.
