    Hey Guys

I'm adding swimming to my routine (training for a sprint triathlon). But, I'm having trouble breathing and could use help with technique. Does anyone know where I might find a coach? My gym (LA Fitness) does not offer anything. I could go to the Y, but too many kids. I'm looking for something more adult focused.

    Thanks
    Chris

Put an ad in craigslist under platonic M2M. And have a pool where you can work out. Or since I was a lifeguard, move to New Orleans and I will turn you into Michael Phelps.

Here's a link to your states's master swimming website (adults age 19+)
http://www.minnesotamasters.com/. Click on the 'places to swim', find your city, and talk to one of the coaches. They should be able to help or refer you on to someone else.

    Tempting... icon_smile.gif

Good suggestion, though. I'll give it try.
