I cheat (on my cheat day) with 2 chocolate pudding filled Dunkin Donut and other pastry. Boys, that was good. I feel bad about it, but sometimes I just need to satisfies my craving here and then.

For that other thing, just like Red. I am single so , nobody to cheat on.

I had the munchies last night and succumbed to something shameful. Since I don't stock sweets or fatty savoury snacks, as a matter of course, and being totally fed up with the usual air-popped-corn, I cheated --->> Cheated my dogs outta 8 bone-shaped biscuits.
    Yep.
    Truly.
    Sad.

I was almost afraid to click on this one, and didn't think it much point as I did not cheat, but now I realise I did cheat, and do cheat, and I will cheat icon_lol.gif

I cheat mostly with ice cream. I lust for it. icon_twisted.gif

Dating & Relationships I'm single, and it's a good thing because yesterday was awfully fun. icon_razz.gif

    "A FEW Pints?"

Yeah, I had a few pints of ice cream over the course of a couple days. I like to cheat with ice cream because it doesn't make my blood sugar all wonky like a big slice of cake will.

A Deluxe onion cheese melt Hamburger with fries at Big boys today.

Hey I didn't finish it all though. I saved half of the sandwhich and a portion of my salad for a friend.

I did take a bite out of his half though. The raging glutton in me begging for supremacy I suppose.

I went through a total burger phase when I was ten, and I know where the best burgers are in any major city. I am from ohio, we dont have no Jack in the Box here but they are the best 3am burgers and EGG NOG SHAKES IN THE WORLD. But honestly I have trained myself and my granny tastebuds to enjoy some spicy egg whites at three am if I am starving or looking for a snack. I dont like candies, hell even going to protein shakes and some other drinks were a bit too sweet at first, so its kinda kick ass to just like what I like. HA.

And I have gone vegetarian. I wont eat burgers anymore. And honestly, the various protein supplements, are alot easier and tastier. Sometimes I forget how good the stomach aches of greasy beef and ham were. Lower salt. And they make soy bacon bits. Yes. Life is kick ass laides and gents. Might I say ya'll look hott too!

I don't cheat. The occasional pizza & beer is built in to my game-plan, so it's not "cheating."

But last week... Well, I took a friend out for his birthday (pizza) then someone called a meeting at happy hour (burgers, fries AND kebabs) then there was the big Game that people had to come watch on my big screen HDTV (pizza, beer, chips.) Oof!

Which brings up another item for debate. BSN markets a product that they call "Cheater's Relief" which is alleged to block absorption of fat and also alter the metabolism of carbs. Supposedly, if you're planning to cheat, you take this stuff before and after the meal. Does anybody have any experience with this or similar stuff? Sounds too good to be true. Of course, overall, it would be easier and cheaper just not to cheat.

DAMMIT.... just got another call to a "happy hour" meeting. Business, really!

I try not to, but I was sick with a sinus infection and skipped the gym for a week and ate Ben & Jerry's. That damn Oatmeal Cookie ice cream is like crack.

I've been eating those cinnamon swirl coffee cake slices from Starbuck's more in frequent than I should, and I know I shouldn't. Becoming loose on my diet is not good.

I'm eating a white pizza right now. And I had a pistachio croissant earlier today. And some Drunken Goat cheese with a small baguette. Tomorrow I'm having lunch with friends at a French cafe. I might do some cardio.

Hah! They had an ahi/avocado sashimi on the happy hour menu at the cafe. (WTF has happened to this little town?)
    I am so darned holier-than-thou!

Weren't you just having French last week or so OW?

The ahi with avocado sounds really good mindgarden, and even little towns upgrade now and then.

yeah, one of my friends is French, so we always go to his favorite cafe here.

I really love avocado with tuna -- great marriage of textures.

Well do you really need a good reason for French food? Okay, I admit I'm a bit of francophile.

Actually that is a 'sin' I had recently: Vietnamese pork chop with a sublime avocado smoothie. Actually both were really good, but the smoothie made a bigger impression, and dirt cheap as well.

I usually cheat at least once during the week plus I eat whatever I want on the weekends...just not in crazy amounts. Hell, life is too short not to enjoy good food. Yeah, I might not have the abs I want but I'll sacrifice that for my bacon cheeseburgers, pizza, chocolate, french fries, and onion rings.
