Alright, so i keep hearing you need to eat more to build more muscle mass, and by all accounts, it makes sense. But you have to eat the RIGHT things....i was wondering, is there a miracle food that helps to build muscle well, or are there certain things you SHOULD include in your diet to get the most out of the workouts??

Some valuable examples could be what do you eat on a daily basis?? What does YOUR diet consist of?? I need/want to bulk up alot more and I'm afraid I may not be consuming the right things or not the right quantity.

Any helpful hints or tips would be AMAZING!!
Thanx from a guy who would love some nice muscles of his own!
    haha

Well, for one I'd suggest adding more protein to your diet.

I stick with chicken and rice. Occasionally a baked potato. Veggies when they're cheap.
