    http://www.bloombergview.com/articles/2015-06-16/gay-marriage-may-haunt-2016-republicans

"As opinion polls keep finding higher popular support for same-sex marriage, Republican strategists have come to dread the issue. A lot of them want it to simply go away -- and they think the Supreme Court might oblige them. If the justices rule later this month that same-sex marriage is a constitutional right, they think, the issue will be off the table and no longer able to cost Republicans votes.

This line of thinking is mistaken."

The Supreme Court's ruling on gay marriage will present a no win situation for Republicans, Here's why:

"A decision that made recognition of same-sex marriage a constitutional obligation would surely elevate the issue in the presidential race, to the likely detriment of Republicans.

And if some of the conservative justices on the court are tempted to issue that kind of ruling to help Republicans, they're doubly mistaken*: first in letting a political calculation interfere with their resolution of a constitutional case, and second in getting the calculation wrong."

*Even supporters of the rightwing justices like Alito, Scalia & Thomas see them as tempted to play politics.

But the Republicans are already preparing for the SOCTUS ruling at the state level by passing dumb, backwards nullification laws. This fight isn't over for them, yet.

Hillary supports the Satan of Brunei who passed a law to execute gays by stoning. Hillary accepts money from Brunei and other Arab nations. Some of the countries sell young girls into slavery. Here's Hillary with the Sultan who had a dinner in her honor:

Hillary also accepted $58,000 in Jewelry from the Satan.

Here's Hillary with her former campaign manager and now NYC Mayor DeBlasio's wife. DeBlasio converted his wife from an out and proud Lesbian to a Heterosexual:

Which of the current Republican candidates have been personally supportive of gay conversion and the extermination of gays?

I'm not looking forward to that....many of them sound like they have gone off the deep end....some may even resort to violence. I hope that everyone stays safe.

Luckily, Bernie Sanders has been on the right side of civil rights for his entire career. Even when gay marriage was not popular. When he was for American values, nearly all Republicans and Democrats were against them.

It will be interesting if he wins the Democratic nomination. Nearly all his would-be Republican contenders would be lining up on the wrong side of history.

Point of clarification: I totally see what you're saying regarding physical violence or taking up arms, literally. I'm NOT supportive of that one ounce.

I was speaking from a legal sense. Frivolous lawsuits, doomed-for-failure injunctions, vacated judicial orders by rogue judges. I DO want to see that, because it'll be funny to watch. I would never want anyone to get hurt or property to get destroyed.

That "famous" quote has been debunked:

(Needless to say, there is plenty of other stuff to fault W for that's more legit.)

I'm pretty sure Obama a supposed "constitutional law professor" thinks the same thing. When it gets in the way of someone's agenda it is just paper.
