    Hi guys,

I'm trying to lose weight and was recommended to use 'Hot Rox' and 'Powerdrive' and I'm wondering if anyone here sued them before? They are expensive and was wondering if they are really worth it.

As I'm going to be on a paleo'ish diet, these products form biotest are meant to give me energy and not make me feel tired.

    Thanks,

    A

Sorry, I don't know anything about those products. Do you plan on losing the weight temporarily and just gaining it back?

If you want to maintain the weight loss, you need to change your diet, drink lots of water and an occasional colon cleanser (high fiber) can help push things through faster...which becomes more important as people age.

I'll keep those two products in mind for the next time I buy weight loss supplements. I haven't tried them yet.

Perhaps, have you tried SST Powder(Suspension Super Thermogenic)? You can get it at GNC stores. It's very potent but you feel thin. It basically increase your metabolism. Go ahead and try it out, buddy ^_^

    sleaver saidHi guys,

I'm trying to lose weight ...
I saw a quote a long time ago: "To try is to fail, because only success or failure can exist."

I've been doing paleo-ish for a few years. Trust me, you don't need anything else for energy. Once you learn which foods you enjoy the most, you'll know which ones give you the most energy (and recovery) for whatever activity you want to do.

You won't feel tired on a Paleo Diet. You will have more energy than you have ever had before. The Paleo diet is not a calorie restrictive diet. So you never feel hungry. Key concept in Paleo Diet is that it is a all Natural diet. Supplements are full of crap and sugar. Check out Robb Wolf's web site for Paleo diet. Remember Paleo is a full good fat diet . The more good fat you eat the more bad body fat you will lose. Expect 5 lb fat loss per week.
